How it works
Terms
These terms explain how Extreme Sports Promotions (“ESP”, “we”, “us”) works and what you pay for. This is a plain-English summary, not legal advice.
Your enquiry is free
Sending us an enquiry is free. We then look for a named coach for you.
Our match fee
You pay our match fee only after we've found a named coach for you, and before we release their contact details. The fee depends on what you're looking for:
- Taster: £19
- Course or block of lessons: £49
- Trip, rating or other high-ticket course: £99
- Party or group (one sport, one date): £79
- Several sports or venues: £129
Paying for your training
The coach or club bills you separately for the training. ESP does not book lessons, run training, or take the club's training fee.
Safety and checks
You must check the coach's credentials and insurance yourself, and follow the club's safety rules.
Under-18s
If you're under 18, you need a parent or guardian's consent.
Refunds
No fee is due if we can't find a coach. If the coach can't be reached or won't take you on within 14 days of us releasing their contact details, we'll find you another coach or refund the fee.
