How ESP coach matching works

How ESP finds you a coach: a simple match fee once we've named a coach, and why the right coach matters.

You tell us the sport you want to try, and we find you a qualified coach or club in the UK. You only pay once we have found a named coach.

How it works

  1. Send the enquiry. Fill in the enquiry form. It takes about a minute. It asks about your sport, your level, your age, where you live and how far you will travel.
  2. We get in touch. We start looking for the right coach or club for you.
  3. We find a named coach. We tell you who it is, you pay the match fee, and then we send you their contact details.
  4. You book and train. You arrange your sessions with the coach or club directly.

We aim to find you a place within 5 working days. That is an aim, not a promise. It can take longer if you can only travel a short distance, in a busy season, or in bad weather.

Prefer email? Write to enquiries@extremesportspromotions.com.

What it costs

You pay only after we have named a coach, and only so we can pass on their contact. The coach or club then bills the training. We do not book the session.

What you want ESP match fee
1 Experience day — one person, one day £19
2 Become qualified — one person, one club, full course £49
3 Group experience day — a party, one taster day £49
4 Group qualification — team building, become qualified £99

You pay nothing if we cannot find a coach. If the coach cannot be reached or will not take you on within 14 days, we find you another coach or refund the fee. We also refund it if your health means you cannot train.

Under-18s

If the student is under 18, we need a parent's or guardian's consent, and we contact that guardian. A parent or guardian must travel with them to the club.

Who we work with

All our coaches are in the UK. Before we introduce you, we check each coach's qualifications, insurance and references for you. That is what the match fee pays for.

The club map

If you would rather look yourself, the club map shows some UK clubs, centres and schools that offer coaching. Pick a sport, then open a pin for the venue's website or contact details. It is a starting point rather than a full list. We have not checked the venues on the map, so contact them before you travel. If you want a coach we have checked for you, send us an enquiry.
